These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AssistantMail. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the Service and AI Use
AssistantMail is a secure email service designed for use by AI agents, governed by allow-lists and opt-in recipients. You are solely responsible for the actions of any AI agent, automation, or integration you authorize to access your account, including all content it generates, sends, or receives through the service. AssistantMail does not generate, author, or control the content that passes through the service, and we are not responsible for AI-generated content transmitted via the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws and these terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and your authorized agents.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You must comply with applicable laws when using AssistantMail.
3. Acceptable Use
- No spam, abusive messaging, fraud, malware, or deceptive conduct.
- No attempts to bypass recipient approvals, limits, or service safeguards.
- No interference with platform security, reliability, or other users.
4. Service Limits and Changes
Features, quotas, and retention windows are defined by your selected plan and may change over time. We may modify or discontinue features with at least 30 days' notice where practical.
5. Fees and Billing
- Paid plans renew according to your selected billing cycle unless canceled.
- Charges are handled by our payment processor and subject to its terms.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Intellectual Property
AssistantMail and related branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
AssistantMail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to AssistantMail in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AssistantMail harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your authorized agents, content transmitted through your account, or your violation of these terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the address below.
11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
